@npub1w5z…rl8t I was talking replacing MOZ_WIDGET_QT with something else so you don't have to carry the Qt code around.
I think there would be some kind of dummy window system in case no window system is needed e.g. for mozembedded.
Thou I don't no if mozembedded needs a widget/window system.

@npub18yv…xxyn I was thinking of moving to that server after #homesocial shut down but no longer being able to speak in German unless I answer another persons toot made me reconsider.
i don't think the reasons were colonial thou.

@npub1w5z…rl8t The priority thing explains this very much. However I think to keep track of work
using git am is still better since you can rebase patches when they don't apply anymore and keep the metadata intact.
I'm interested how far you have to keep the Qt code around.

@npub1w5z…rl8t Sounds very interesting! Checkout my Gecko-dev source tree on how manage Gecko releases and patches on them in Git. It made life much easier for me.
I'm also interested on having some demos that one could use to show Mozembedded on Desktop #Linux as an alternative of embedding Chromium with #QtWebEngine.
