Today I was already deep into the rabbit hole of getting Ubuntu working on my PC instead of Windows but I think my setup should be more bold. Not Windows on SSD and Linux on HDD but Linux on SSD with Windows VMs. That’s the way to go.

Got my wife’s SE (2 gen) and I’m thinking of an experiment of using a smaller phone (than my 14 Plus). I’m definitely going to miss my big phone camera and keyboard but I’m really considering going all in.

People hating on these new Apple policies and blaming the EU - just wait for the EU’s response. I’m pretty sure the EU will hold Apple accountable and push for the abolition of most of these fees. Also, Android, Windows, or even macOS are as open as the EU wants to make iOS, and there are no ridiculous fees to be paid. People aren’t sinking in malware there. Apple is the one being ridiculous and needs to be forced to make a change. Being an Apple fanboy/defender isn’t doing any good. Corporations aren’t your friends.

Funny thing that has changed in me - I’m not even remotely interested in iPhone Pro this year. First of all - this is my wife’s year for a new iPhone and we are not gonna spend that much money for a pro. And it’s honestly refreshing - not going after the mostest bestest one, but the one that’s fine
