I wonder: Is this creationism or "intelligent design" really still a thing? (I mean outside flat earther circles)
I don't think, I ever met a person in my life, who would actually deny evolution.

Warum ist Electron problematisch?
Was soll heißen "es wird zur Vorsicht gemahnt"?

Honestly: I never liked the inflationary use of the word "engineer".
Engineers build machines.
Plumbers, electricians or programmers are all proper professions and deserve their own names.
The person, who fixes the broken coffee machine in your office also isn't an engineer, but a service technician.

Waren die denn erfolgreich?
Spartacus und die Bauernkriege 1525/26 sind ja spektakulär gescheitert.
Der einzige erfolgreiche Sklavenaufstand, der mir einfällt, war der von 1791 in Haiti, den das revolutionäre Frankreich dann ja hammerhart bestraft hat.

I am a rather #tech-friendly person, and I like to be able to do a lot of stuff #online and with my phone.
However, when services, like transport, payments or dealing with institutions become digital-only, it widens the gap between those, who belong, and those, who don't, extremely.
In a #democracy, it "only" affects the old, the poor, those in crisis or with other issues, in an #autocracy, everyone.
I think, for every service possible, there must be a non-digital alternative.
