Seriously though, I’ve researched and experimented with every human optimization modality you can think of, by far the most consistent feeling really really good for me has been and making a daily smoothie with at least 10 fruits and veggies 🙏🏼💪🏻

Common question: “How do I attain more freedom?”
Better question: “What am I DOING with the freedom I already have?“
Spend less time chasing and more time BEing (doing the things that authentically make you feel good). I find this to be the most rewarding way to attract more freedom. 🙏🏼👁️
