Removed most social/chat apps from my computer and phone. The interactive aspect keeps sucking me in. I have an addictive personality, so I'm actually perceiving it as a serious problem.
I'm way more attached to these electronic comunication services than anyone on them to is me. To me, that makes it an asymmetric and thus unhealthy relationship.
I'm far too easy to distract to have these things around me. So I'm gonna take a break from Mastodon as well.

I'm supposed to be at the gym in two hours, but the drinking is working against any benefit that working out could have. It doesn't make any sense to go to the gym when you're not otherwise functioning properly. Cutting out the drinking reveals other problems that I'm unable to cope with. It's complicated, and I'm not currently receiving any help with it. #mentalhealth
