@npub1pu3…8r76 Possibly? Never felt congested. Biggest issues last week were fatigue and muscle aches, which have mostly gone away. Still have a phlegm-y cough after everything else cleared up.

Thought I was sick with COVID for the last week (feeling better now). But I just got a PCR test result back that said no? Yay, I guess? But now I really want to know what DID take me down. :(

Actually, this would make a good game. "Dungeon Cartographer". You explore dungeons, building a map as you go, mark out the locations of treasures and such, and then sell them to "heroes", who pay you based on map completeness. You would get penalized for triggering traps or fighting enemies, as that "diminishes the hero's experience"

This is great, but it's got me wondering: Was the 1.4Mb storage an intrinsic limit of 3.5" floppy disk readers, or could you build the equivalent of those tape cassette -> CD adapters that dynamically streamed in a huge amount of data?

A project I did for Halloween this year was these talking pumpkins, which were a hit with our trick-or-treaters!
I ended up spending more effort on creating an ugly paper mache rock to hide my projector than the actual pumpkin effects, which were pre-rendered videos I purchased.

About 8 years ago the townhouse complex that I lived in got bought by new owners who quickly announced they were going to force everyone to move out, renovate, and put the properties back on the market for ~double the rent.
My wife and I decided almost immediately that we were going to move before the deadline, but there were a lot of people in the complex that weren't in a position to do so, and were being priced out of a community where they had grown up and had family/friends. 🧵
