Another excellent video by @npub1s33…252p. Thanks for breaking this down. Personally I don’t think @saylor is against self-custody. It’s at the core of Bitcoin. It’s just not for his audience. #Bitcoin will continue to outperform all currencies and assets. Gradually, more people, organisations and governments will start to realize this. First there will be dual systems, so the dollar next to #Bitcoin, the euro next to Bitcoin etc. Eventually, everything will just be priced in Bitcoin. As this is the superior money, everything will eventually evolve to a Bitcoin Standard. This is how markets work, the winner takes all. Bitcoin will move from SOV to MOE to UOA. I feel blessed to know #Bitcoin so early on in the game.

China has a love-hate-love relationship with #Bitcoin. They banned it many times. Now they are fully back into Bitcoin mining again.
CBDC are just an extension of the fiat system, fully centralized, programmable money. Totally different from Bitcoin’s freedom money.

Thanks. I believe the US debt/gdp ratio is currently around 125%. Historically countries have all defaulted when they exceed 135%. The only exception out of 50 countries, who reached this level, is Japan, who somehow managed to keep things going. The others went into hyperinflation or needed heavy intervention. Like Greece who got heavy support from the EU.

Yeah man I feel the same. A massive bullrun lasting till 3Q or 4Q 2025, and then it’s over for quite while. The bear could be long and deep. Great opportunity to load up on #Bitcoin again. Having said that, I will not try to time the market with my stack a lot. Max 15% sell and buy back.

I see what you mean, but I miss the timing element. For example if #bitcoin will hit $1 million by the end of this bullrun, I would be totally overwhelmed. If it takes 10 years to reach this level I would be underwhelmed.

When I speak to newbies about #Bitcoin I always look at that as small steps in their journey. It is impossible to fully understand #Bitcoin in just a few hours. If we can inspire people to develop some interest and keep this interest going, then that’s fine.
I have some really smart friends with lots of money, who are not into #Bitcoin yet. They are slowly warming up to the idea, but it will probably still take a while before they actually start investing. There is no point in investing if you haven’t got conviction. And conviction can only be achieved by putting in the hours, studying #Bitcoin. It’s like proof of work!
Some will get it when Bitcoin reaches $100k, some at $200k, $500k or $1 million? It is weird when you realize that everyone will eventually have to come around, and adopt a Bitcoin Standard. It would not surprise me if the majority people in the world will only hear about Bitcoin and start to develop a serious interest when #Bitcoin is above $1 million.
We are still very early and we are well positioned to inspire and help others on their journey. I enjoy doing that!

Some people seem to think Funds, ETF’s and Governments hold a disproportionate amount of #Bitcoin. Luckily that is not true. By the way: I think the single most important thing for mass adoption of #bitcoin is education. Once you understand the basics, you want to know more, you want to own it and keep expanding your stack as your conviction grows stronger and stronger!
