I will like to setup a nostr relay in the Republic of Panama 🇵🇦, but there is no local VPS service providers, that I'm aware, so I wonder if a Nostr Relay can be installed on a Raspberry Pi, I don’t see why not but I can be wrong, I found a guide to installed on a VPS using Ubuntu: https://andreneves.xyz/p/set-up-a-nostr-relay-server-in-under
