Honestly for me, the last few election cycles sealed it for me. The cities mostly go blue but there are a LOT of reds surrounding them. Trump outed the racists and bigots, and effectively displayed their positions to everyone. It was beyond time to leave.

Automakers need to design a simple, modular battery system that can be adapted to fit ALL vehicles. Make it easy to replace by autonomous means. This would allow drive-thru battery exchanges rather than charging facilities. This would increase adoption because distance wouldn’t be an issue; you just change the battery in 5mins and continue. Just like refueling now. It also eliminates the battery age anxiety.

I live in an area that’s absolutely dominated by Albertsons and Kroger. There are smaller stores but few are remotely competitive to even Kroger and Albertsons inflated pricing. As I’m sure you know, the proposed Kroger Albertsons merger would be absolutely devastating to communities like mine, as it would further reduce competition and availability, since some locations would have to close.
