Pools don't control the hash power. If they start fcking around the miners will leave and point their hash elsewhere. Also we have Stratum V2 now and the solo mining/bitsaxe trend which will help with decentralization. Also Dan is a 🤡, don't listen to him.

I think the cashu app needs to in the foreground to send the zap. I tested this by sending a zap in danys and then switch to the cashu.me app. It seems to work sometimes.

Ecash exists on your phone and can be sent offline so I don't think you can share a wallet across multiple apps/devices, unless you use the nutsack wallet which seems to store the ecash on relays..

Phoenix doesn't give you an lightning address anyway. Best and easiest option, if you don't want to run your own node, would be to use a custodial e-cash wallet like cashu.me for zaps and if your reach some threshold swap to onchain #btc with @nprofile…3478 or use @nprofile…uwrd where you don't need to deal with lightning channel management.
