I have the time to devote, the gear treadmill just isn't fun to me anymore.
Social games like MMORPGs are a bit different, where at least you are reaping the benefit of playing in a group with others and having a good time even if your 5th time on a boss doesn't get you anything.
Very little player communication in looter ARPGs, so what's the benefit of grinding the same zone over and over endlessly?

It's having to work with people that support dehumanization of innocent people.
That is categorically bad and it's not something we should have to do.
It has nothing to do with "revolution is appealing" or "you support capitalism too much."

No, I think it's more because people on the right are more flexible with their ethics as long as they get what they want individually, while those on the left are less flexible.
Us "compromising" with people who are transphobic, Zionist, misogynist, etc (the left has these people too) feels like an abdication of our principles.
But I'm not sure we will have a choice if we want to be able to keep voting.
