Lately, my afternoons have been tough. For ten continuous years, I took Clonazepam in various doses. I finally managed to quit the medication a few days ago. My mind goes through severe ups and downs, especially in the afternoons. Various traumatic past events tend to resurface suddenly. I manage to cope. I feel very tired, but there's also a sense of relief. The relief comes from knowing that I am no longer dependent on any medication, which gives me a wonderful feeling of liberty. It's beautiful. So, I'm sharing this with you all.

Finally it's quite cold in Bangladesh now. At night, it's comfortable to use two blankets. However, when the sun rises in the winter, we hang our washed clothes on the balcony to dry, and when clothes are dried, they carry both the smell of the warmth of the sun and the cool smell of winter.
