It's NOT the GPU.
Tested with replacement GPU as well as integrated one, with and without RAM. No image in any case on any output.
Best I can tell, this was a catastrophic mainboard firmware crash that bricked the board.
I can only hope it didn't kill any of the other components.
At least everything should still be under warranty… :F

My desktop machine died while I was sleeping.
Woke up to glitchy noises and it not even reacting to the power button.
Had to do a hard powercycle on the PSU.
Now, I'm getting no image when trying to boot it.
This is all of my newest, fanciest and most expensive hardware and my main work machine and the way it looks I'll be lucky if it's just the GPU that died. :<

Trump constantly talked even with a gag order during the trial and when he was warned he'd incur contempt of the court multiple times, he had some of his lackeys speak for him. Kinda disappointed that this wasn't added to the list tbh…

Huh, Trump was convicted of all 34 felonies in the hush money case.
Don't know what I expected, but the weird and sad thing is that this probably won't change much if anything about the US election later this year.
Even if he's sentenced to prison, he's still eligible for the vote (tho not *to* vote) and would probably just pardon himself if elected.

Thanks, this was an informative read.
I'm by no means a "cryptography adult", but reading "we’re in the process of mandating that Matrix clients must never encrypt to unverified devices, but given this is a significant breaking change for the network" immediately raised the biggest red flag for me…
Like, at that point, the confidentiality of encrypted group chats is just entirely broken… o_O

I've noticed that when sharing links to my own website, but I thought this was more of a me-problem with the sites performance.
Will be interesting to see how that'll pan out with the new site I'm currently building… :thaenkin:
