My only note would be that the icons could correspond with the fediverse parts similar to the non federated sites, for example the icon of Instagram could turn into Pixelfed, but the Pixelfed icon is somewhere else in the second diagram. One of these days I saw someone asking if there was an equivalent of Pinterest around here and that could help to solve those questions.

#[0] people knows Instagram and Facebook are different and both belong to Meta. Even if you can't reply to an IG story, it would be silly to refer to a post in Instagram as a Facebook post. In that analogy, the Fediverse would be the equivalent of Meta, but more versatile.

I bought a book of traditional recipes of Baja today. That series of books usually has all kind of local recipes from particular regions of Mexico and is cheap (it's edited by the government). I thought I was going to find recipes with ingredients hard to find but I wasn't expecting to see turtle, deer and racoon recipes 😐

Reading the news on a RSS reader instead of seeing them on my home feed has been a game changer for me. I prefer to interact with real people here and read the news somewhere else, when I'm the mood to read how awful the world is (once a day or even once a week).
