What goes with us... through the exit door of life.
There are a few things I'd recommend experiencing. No particular order. One:
Owning, wearing, and becoming what inhabits a really fine, heavy leather bike jacket. Then...
Giving it away to someone who wouldn't expect it, couldn't afford it, gave up on the dream of owning a jacket like that.
Part of the transaction is telling stories about that leather.
The coat can't go, but memories exit with us.
Who we are won't end. Waste if it did.

The ransom issue reverberates so powerfully within my professional experience - taking unwise risks with IT is why I left top corporate jobs for being a privateer.
The C-Suite refuses invest adequately in precaution. This remains the primary issue affecting vulnerability.

Past research: "Primary" source of disinformation esp. for **older folks** - is via news aggregators. E.g. Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, & Others.
As you know, they provide landing pages for their users that tune to the subjects they search for... The news empaneled in the interface reflects what they'll interact with.
Elderly respond to clickbait bigly.

Trust I'm just missing the configuration settings.
I've connected my GHS (gmail) account in Vivaldi. And I can't see how to sort the daily influx of messages into the "Categories" I'm used to seeing (Inbox, Social, Promotions, Updates, Forums.)
Would you direct my attention to where/ how I can accomplish bringing these over?
I want to stay off of gmail, but filtering my volume of messages without categorization puts me at risk of inadvertently missing or deleting important stuff.

There was a study a short while back... on why groupware fails. CapGemini or Gartner Group... one of those? Accenture?
Anyway, as I recall the analytics lead to typical conclusions ... Objectives not well defined (lacking success measurement definitions) and scope creep (moving goal posts.)
My experience confirms that planning vacuums precede failures. E.g. Managers solving problems lacking clarity on what those are.

In 2015 when the "Lock Her Up" stuff started, I knew #Karma would have to be satisfied.
I worried also that the kind of ugliness being cultured back then would metastasize.

The New York Sun is a very conservative to almost extreme #news publication. Their reporting is mostly factual, with a biased selection of stories sometimes populated with dog calls. (According to mediabiasfactcheck.com.)
It's encouraging that they're reporting on the Conservative Scholars in the Federalist Society pointing to #45's #election disqualification based on his participation in #insurrection.

As a former Chaplain involved with the incarcerated, Walmart has become a place I look forward to visiting.
Some of the inmates I know see me at the checkout and run up to hug me. I get emotional.
Others I see averting their gaze hoping not to be noticed. I run up and hug them and they get emotional.
