Out of band tx break the trust bond between miners and pools. The reason miners can trust pools is that the fees are right there, easy to audit.

Shower-thought : NOSTR can replace Onlyfans by simply adding the Y'alls type functionality to pictures (paywall). Would need a "Y'alls" type server for the pictures and some implementation using NIP-57 (improved) but I think it would be super possible.

That's not the way I understand it.
The people you follow have a suggested relay you should ask their notes from. If they get booted, the relay may send you a suggestion to where they are going to publish next.
One may publish to many relays.
The clients just ask relays
