@nprofile…cl5w That line is really well delivered - I think I played in Japanese and missed it. The VA reference also reminded me of the character Igon in Shadow of the Erdtree. Instantly became some of my favorite VA in any FromSoft game - hopefully you ran across that quest line. So many other good examples in those games, though.

@nprofile…cl5w I had a similar experience - I also gave it a chance after TGA and a friend was praising it. First 30 mins, it’s ok… then the next 4 hours flew by - pure addiction. It’s incredible finishing a run. I think it was made by a single person, too!

I hit a new issue today in Windows 11 that I would not have expected - my USB to Serial adapter is not supported (at least with the default driver).
If you're someone that might find yourself in a datacenter in need of one...test that your usb-to-serial adapter works on that new win11 laptop before it's an emergency (thankfully it wasn't in my case, but it did delay a support case).

@npub1c5c…644a My knees have been steadily improving from their low point a few weeks ago - to the point I had 2 days with no soreness of any kind last week and only very minor soreness the week before that but something’s still going on. Soreness returned for 2-3 days after the 2 perfect days without any triggering activity. I still need to see a specialist to see what’s really going on. In the meantime I’m spacing out hikes carefully and logging everything I do.
