#Defcon thoughts. Haven’t been there since covid started but I always have had a spiritual affinity with the family, I’ve often thought though, I haven’t hacked systems, I know some stuff about Linux, enough to build systems and such, enough to build the Thirring network, make things work. Stuff like that, but do I really belong? I let my own impostor syndrome get in the way. Some of that has been economic/job struggles

I have friends and people I care about back on the birdsite. Sure it's awful but I'm not giving up on relationships I've built over the years just because Elon took the site. I encourage them to come here, but I can't make them.
