Hyäne Furr has made a great video of me riding my self-built electric Club-Mate Box. It's powered by two hoverboard motors and controlled with a Wii Nunchuk. Maybe I'll bring it to the EAST Convetion so you can try it out yourself!

A little update on my electronics hobby. Some time ago I bought discarded bus FlipDot displays, which I have now fitted with new electronics that can be controlled via an RS485 bus. They are each connected with an MQTT-RS485 serial bridge which also activates the power supply only for switching. So it needs very little power.
Two of the displays currently show the temperature + relative humidity from outside and inside. The third shows the time, but without seconds, as this would otherwise make switching noises all the time.
