i'm not sure any anarchist, heck any revolutionary, has gone that far yet in the modern day lol. Guns, weapons, etc, sure, but not something as spiritually and emotionally significant as using a whip made of your own hair.

And the few art pieces in replies to this are pretty much all we've had strength to finish making these past few years as a proof of what we could do if healed.
Desperate enough for aid at this point , if only to not be as stressed out relying on ableist family, that posted this. Still looking for housing options in/around brooklyn too tho.
we just need to heal and establish ourselves, after that hopefully can find a way to make and/or save enough that can rely entirely on gov aid.
Till then i guess try to donate only if you've appreciated something we've done/written enough. we really don't want to take from anyone in greater need, i guess we're trying to think of it as if your paying us for better entertainment and such in future. may even motivate us better , idk honestly.
hopefully when we heal our stress will stop effecting us socialy too. better for everyone i guess.

24/7, thick, masking of emotion- aka 'the avoidance of tension' to use mlk's words- is helpful to fascists. this is a bit personal i admit, as it's been a major cause of nearly every trauma i've ever experienced or caused, but it does feel vastly under-mentioned despite it being such a central part of mlk's white moderates speech. i'm further left than mlk, but he's the only one i've ever seen to effectively and succinctly point out how the avoidance of tension works.
though, i'm not sure he realized that he was getting at how thick the emotional masks of white moderates are, in addition to the resulting social actions. as if he had he may have realized how difficult it is to get someone to remove such a mask through words alone. ..Speaking as someone who used to wear one, and grew up around them, i mean.
