@npub1238…g63g If Apple is under threat of being fined, I’d assume the penalty for developers is that Apple will just remove your apps if you don’t comply? Not sure Apple’s going to mess around if 1% of their revenue is at stake.

I’m trying to help @npub1xdw…gpzg answer a question: Who invented tooltips? I can’t see any in Mac System 7. Windows 95 definitely had them. Are there earlier examples?
