This is the PowerBook 540c.
Introduced in 1994, the 500 series represented the first major redesign of the PowerBook line since its inception in 1991.
These were the first PowerBooks to feature 68040 processors, Ethernet, stereo speakers, and a trackpad pointing device. A PowerPC upgrade was also offered.

This is the Power Macintosh G3 (Blue & White).
Released in 1999, it was the first professional Macintosh to adopt the translucent style introduced with the iMac a year earlier.
It featured a side door that provided access to all of its internal components, allowing for upgrades and troubleshooting.
It was introduced alongside a lineup of displays, including the 21" Studio Display shown here.

Today's #marchintosh is the Macintosh DuoDock, the desktop docking station for yesterday's PowerBook Duo 230.
The DuoDock was the largest of the docking stations, adding a full complement of ports, NuBus slots, a floppy drive, and a bay for a second hard disk.
The PowerBook Duo could be inserted into the front and would lock in place while docked.

Today's #marchintosh is the Power Mac G4 Quicksilver.
This model was released in 2002, a speed bump over the original Quicksilver series a year earlier, and would be replaced by the final Power Mac G4 design, the Mirrored Drive Doors case, several months later.
These models were geared toward video production, sporting an internal SuperDrive (DVD burner), and marketed alongside widescreen Cinema Displays.

To pair with yesterday’s Lisa 2, today’s #marchintosh is the Apple Cluster Controller — one of the most obscure Lisa-era accessories.
It was used to connect up to 7 Lisa or Macintosh systems (or their printers) to an IBM 3270 mainframe.
Due to Apple’s relative low market penetration with the types of corporations that would own such a mainframe, it wasn’t a compelling product and very few are out there.
