The Nazis jailed labor union organizers, banned books like Liberal Socialism (and burned research on trans rights), and suppressed and killed LGBTQ people. Soviet Communists supported a single-party autocracy where millions of people starved or were sent to a Gulag. What does any of that have to do with Democrats in the US, who want to strengthen labor unions, preserve books, and make it easier to vote?

@npub17xr…7v9v: we can do this by funding the Forestry service, and we wouldn't need to have the methane emissions. And you say "scary" climate change facetiously, but it's literally my top issue, and it is the reason I stopped eating beef since 2020.

@npub1l3g…vu48: right, and aren't they necessary so as to help protect you against brute-force attacks...? Wait, maybe I misinterpreted your post. Are you complaining about lower bounds on password length, or upper bounds? Complaining about upper bounds would make more sense to me.
