Okay, just a suggestion, but ...you might want to be aware that there are producers, editors, managers, directors, audio engineers, etc. who may have had a hand in the editing of the interview that aired. You might want to allow that the interview may have been edited and that it's not Mosley or Meckler's fault that what made air wasn't well balanced... to the point of being counterfactual even though their names are obvoiusly attached to it and these other people's names may not be.

Well, that sounds crazy because...
Tonya Mosley is black with SJW bonafides & Laura Meckler is jewish & wrote a book on a highly integrated community, examining how the community had gone from white flight to commiting to inclusion.
I think I can guess what side they support.

Did you try asking CNN to record it for you? I used to work in local television and we would give tapes to guests on request. There may be a small fee.

By Hegsworth's own description according to your linked article, this woman was acting strangely, and weirdly... probably negligently, Hegsworth didn't think, hey, maybe something is wrong with her... maybe she needs help. That apparently didn't occur to him at the time.
So, that sounds like an assault to me.
But I can also say that until you understand that someone who is blacked out may appear normal, you wouldn't understand the danger of the situation to that person.
