OK, there were only some 10 or 15 actually active over the last months.
And I announced this some months ago already.

So using the #ActivityPub plugin in my #WordPress means that right after publishing a post I'll get over 3k requests for said post within a minute... Which is quite a bit for a small server that usually gets about 2 to 3 requests per minute 🙈

@npub1j4v…z8hn I tried that. But the problem is that then the escaped values will be stored in the DB. And when I need to use these values I have *possibly* escaped values that I have to pass to LDAP. And I have no way of determining whether the values are escaped or not.
And unescaping everything before storing can break perfectly valid strings that by chance contain escape-sequences. Tried all of that already and didn't come to a good solution.

But getting a rejection email on a sunday means that either someone wrote and sent that on a sunday - which means they *work* on sunday!
Or they have a system where you can time sending an email and someone timed it to be sent on sunday.
I would not want to work at either place.
Well knowing that sunday is a christian convention...

The machine will always connect to the Apple MDM and realize that it is registered there and therefore deactivate some things. Even though there's nothing actually mamaged there....

Usually I'm back up after 20 minutes. I nevertheless try to set a timer.
Just realizing the signs and accepting them helped me tremwndously.
And it doesn't happen every day or every week. There are times where my body requests more rest and other times where it doesn't 🤷

@npub1jpp…u59l Nevertheless: The party defining an interface and the party implementing an interface are usually not the same. So on the implementing side I can not rely upon a default implementation of the interface. I have to do it myself.
The defining party on the other hand does not necessarily have any knowledge about the implementation, so a default implementation does not really make sense.
