How's Bandcamp going for you, though? (Is it going?) Seems like $3,000 US a release is the cap (if you're a legacy experimental pop or jazz rock artist, anyway), but getting a couple of hundred or so off of a release seems like it's a regular thing now, at least.
Of course, this presumes having a computer and, well, "creative approaches to software" at a minimum
