Once a user uploads a HAR file, it just shows all the cookies, headers, and MIME types that are included — but it's entirely on the user to understand which items might be harboring sensitive information that should be redacted. I'm not sure how any user would be able to use this and feel confident that they didn't leak info.

In the end, whatever, it is whatever they interpret it to be. But the simple read of the legislative language in S106 seems clear that once the calendar ticks over to 11:17, funding is gone.

* Amazon Prime (for Fri night games)
* HDTV OTA antenna or a cable TV subscription (for Sat night doubleheaders on ION)
* Paramount+ subscription
* cable TV subscription that has ESPN and CBS Sports Network (the latter generally is in the highest-tier package)
* subscription to NWSL's "domestic direct-to-consumer package".

@npub1jqk…aayz I hate to sound condescending, but… I know how to mute stuff. I wish there was an EASY way to do it — e.g., click on a hashtag and then have an option come up in the column that lets you mute it right from there, or any of a number of other solutions.
The current way to do it means you have to leave your timeline to go into your settings, add the mute there, and then return to your timeline… where now you’re back at the top, and have to scroll all the way back to where you were.

Meanwhile, because I reset it, I had to sign into all our streaming services again. For two years, one of our Apple TVs has insisted that the correct time is 19 and a half minutes into the future. Apple TVs don't have any way for you to manually set the time and date; no settings or pref would change its insistence that it lived in the future.
I even did a network packet capture at boot, saw the NTP packets that showed the correct time, and… watched it happily continue to insist it was in the future.
Got around to resetting it tonight, and that seems to have fixed it. WTF?

Let's see if my Mac folks can help with this. I vividly remember coming across a drop-dead simple macOS menu bar app a while back that had a single function: display a small dot in the menu bar, and run a shell script on an interval; if the shell script returned without error, make the dot green, and if it returned with an error, make the dot red.

There's nothing anyone can do about it, except expend immense efforts every 90 days to make sure that every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed and the prescriptions get exactly where they need to go in a tight window and the meds are in stock and the pharmacy handles them correctly and they ship to an address where a human can be there to sign for them on the right day and time and and and and… it's exhausting.

So now, they've moved to a system where patients WILL ABSOLUTELY go without their meds, all because someone somewhere didn't understand that increasing the required utilization would have actual, real consequences.
I've now spoken with multiple people at the pharmacy, and while each of them individually seems to get that, THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY. There's nobody who can actually say not just "yep, this is wrong" BUT ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. It's all faceless "policy" and "decisions."

There have ABSOLUTELY been times over the past decade or two when it's taken longer than 13 days to get all that resolved; doctors aren't able to return phone calls instantly, weekends and holidays exist, and the mail order pharmacy has its "procedures" that have fixed amounts of time before you're allowed to escalate.

And the meds we're talking about ALL are meds that are FREQUENTLY on backorder or otherwise not available for them to ship us. So that means that while we used to then have 22 days to figure out how to get the meds refilled, we now only have 13 days to do that — to work through what alternative meds or doses might be reasonable alternatives, to figure out whether THOSE are available, to get new controlled substance prescriptions issued and sent and received, and all that.

Well, I finally got a rep today who was able to tell me: the pharmacy changed its rules in March, from allowing refills once you've used 75% of your last-filled prescription to now only allowing them at 85% utilization.
And while that doesn't sound like a big change, it is — because that means that it goes from being able to start the refill process when we have 22 days of meds left to only being able to start it with *13 days left*. Less than two weeks.

There are days when I despair for the American healthcare system, and this is one of them.
We couldn't figure out why multiple prescriptions for meds — controlled substances that two of my family members need to function — kept getting flagged as "fill too soon" by our mail order pharmacy. We've been doing this for DECADES, and have had systems in place we knew well. None of the reps could ever tell us why, but they also wouldn't budge on when they would actually fill the prescriptions.

If the vaccine were deployed and accepted broadly throughout the most-affected areas, yep, then we'd see that massive effect... so that highlights how it's important to keep doing the work to get the vaccine into the public health systems and convince families to use it.

Made the mistake of tuning into CSPAN to watch the end of the third round of voting for a Speaker of the House; immediately after McHenry gaveled the House into recess, they cut to callers, the first of whom decried that Democrats "won't just go along with Jim Jordan" and said that maybe the only solution forward is for Trump to become Speaker.
The delusions are so, so deep that it's hard to see ANY way to recover from this.

@npub1j4v…p4ys oh jeez — my brain was going the opposite direction (that browsers had somehow implemented a way to serve files from cache even if they came from other origins), and I was ALL sorts of confused how that could be. Thanks for whacking me on the noggin to make me realize it’s the opposite.

@npub1vse…d53c McHenry is pretty batshit insane; it's honestly not clear that any Dems would support him being permanent speaker, and it's also not clear whether he can hit the 217 bar on GOP votes alone.
My guess is that the difference here that gets Dems to support him is that the rules change allowing him to be temporary speaker will have very specific things he is and isn't allowed to do, and will have a time limit.

One bit of constructive criticism: change "whitelist" to "allow list" (or some other alternative), given the problematic implications of the term elevating "white" to mean "allowed" or "correct". (It appears in the "controversial sports team name" item.)

The most interesting thing about a resolution to expel George Santos from the US House of Representatives is that, if he's expelled, that would bring the partisan balance in the House to a difference of just EIGHT more Republicans than Democrats... which is interestingly the number of hard-line GOP members who made the difference in voting to oust McCarthy from the Speakership.

@npub1vhe…33f8 I’m surprised others haven’t said this: cut the BOTTOM out, NOT the top! It makes it much much harder for creatures to prematurely destroy your pumpkin, makes it so that there is ZERO chance the top caves in, and gives you an easy way to light it if that’s your thing — just take the main body off of the cut-out bottom, set the candle/light atop the bottom, and replace the body.
