It's done! My first ultra (and Marathon for that matter) is a fact. Together with my running buddy Bas we did the 52km (flat) trailrun through the beautiful nature of the Provence Drenthe.
Dont be fooled by the fact it was flat. According to Bas, who only recently did the UTMB Wildstrubel, this race was much harder even it was flat.
Tuesday I will travel to Turkey for a well deserved week of recovery at the beach 😎.

That sounds familiar.
I was always injured when running so I turned to cycling. After 15 years I recently discovered trailrunning. And guess what? No injuries 😁👍
