Grateful for what I’m doing. Holding a sound bath for a dear friend and witnessing them go from stressed and overwhelmed to completely relaxed and content in just 20 minutes proves how powerful frequencies are. Even more, it shows how incredibly necessary they are in today’s world. Transformation starts with us.
