yeah, even stuff like that doesn’t make me too upset, as long as they haven’t left scalpels or needles laying around. A few weeks ago he stood behind me, with his arms folded, and watched me pull up and give DDAVP. I asked if he wanted to give it to the patient 🤭 he said he had to make sure it was given so he could let the attending know. I’ve known his attending since he did his residency. He’s coming in a little too hot

I guess Dr Pink Shoes is always going to be a dick. Although, not as dramatic as last week’s nonsense, I don’t appreciate how yesterday he said “the head of the bed needs to be 10 degrees”. I would have gladly shown him that if he looked at the foot of the bed, it’s displayed digitally, or by the head of the bed, there’s a level. He’s got the ego of a 7th yr neurosurg resident and he’s only yr 2 🙄

I worked Saturday night, so left at 7:30am yesterday morning, and then went back in at 3pm and stayed until 11:30pm. We were short a nurse but I couldn’t stay all night. The charge RN took my assignment when I left

here. A few weeks ago they gave me grief about my klonopin and it was literally the day I had an appt so I asked my dr to increase it to 3x day. Now it’s about my ambien on file, saying that it can’t be filled and to call. Everyone I call I have to leave a voicemail and the first 2 calls it hung up on me because I was taking to long. The 3rd time I spoked as fast as they could and then they called back and said they were working on it. No mention what the problem was 🙄

I hated gym class. I’d try to get out of it by going to the guidance counselors office or to the nurse’s office. I don’t enjoy balls being flung in my direction, volleyball was particularly not my jam. My PE teacher made me make up a volleyball class with children in the learning support class

It kinda started out as a joke due to all of the mosquito repellent ads “elsewhere”. But since people have been giving me suggestions, I decided that those would be helpful, especially with summer coming up and my son has a fear of mosquitos and bees (to the point where he won’t to go outside for recess unless he gets a little spritz of bug spray in the morning) but i definitely don’t like the idea of spraying chemicals on him daily, so DEET alts are welcome
