#FreeBSD on the #Framework Laptop 16 is a very pleasant experience I must say (once I plugged in an external USB wifi thingy), but what I really miss is suspend/resume. Apparently, these new-fangled machines don't use classic ACPI S3 suspend-to-ram, no they use something called 'Modern Standby', and FreeBSD does not support it yet. There might be some BIOS hackery I could attempt to enable S3 instead of modern standby. Just hope that's not going to break suspend/resume on the #linux install :)

Wow, I survived another work week. Now, if I only could find my house keys, sell the old house, be rid of fascists and have climate change solved, all my worries would be gone!

Going through a bit of a rough patch mentally. Is it the elections? Surrounded by right-wing extremists. I've been physically shaking for two days now and in constant fear of the inevitable #razzia that will see me and all other #queer people taken away to be 'removed' from society (together with other unwanted elements such as immigrants), while everyone looks the other way. Don't really know how to keep being upbeat and positive about the future anymore.

Time to cast my vote in the #EU elections. I'm voting by mail in The Netherlands. Only found out later I could also have registered in #Sweden and vote for Swedish candidates. Ah well, next time.
