I have my @npub1xnf…lpr5 Lightning ⚡️ Address set in my Nostr profile to receive #Bitcoin Lightning Tips.
But, every Zap that I receive to my Zeus wallet has a 24-hr expiration time limit and I have to manually Redeem the Zap.
Is there a way to just receive Zaps without having to always manually redeem them before they expire?
Or, am I just seeing the Redeem button and clicking it, when in reality I don’t need to Redeem at all and Zaps will just be auto-added to my Zeus wallet?

Just dropping the rate of inflation to zero does not tell the whole story of fiat monetary debasement.
Productivity-driven deflation puts the real price of items at *below* zero inflation.
5% below zero.
10% below zero.
15% below zero.
All prices are falling, exponentially.
We just don’t see falling prices because inflation is a mountain of dirt that’s filling in the valley of technology-driven savings.

For me the use-case for #Bitcoin as a MoE was planted in multiple instances:
1. Satoshi releasing Bitcoin in Jan 2009 with “Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks” embedded in the genesis block. All developed countries were put through the ringer during the Great Financial Crisis, including my business.
2. Reading @npub1gdu…6nak ’s The Bitcoin Standard to understand money, what’s wrong with fiat, and Bitcoin as a world-view. This allowed me to see the full path: SoV, MoE, UoA
3. @npub1s05…eyhe has really opened my eyes to seeing everything as Bitcoin-first, including seeing the fiat system’s inflation and oppression.
4. Accepting Bitcoin/Lightning payments for my products, which is my way of getting involved with Bitcoin as MoE.

I’ve heard @npub14mc…frlx mention about the different businesses he owns and manages Bitcoin for all of them. Football club, bar, etc. #Bitcoin comes in, some employees get paid in #BTC, and I *think* some venders of his also accept Bitcoin.

All of the examples I provided do *not* lead to a predictable outcome.
Dynamite killing workers or causing avalanche
Hammer chiseling off too much marble or causing unexpected cracks
Rocket exploding or having to abort or malfunctioning half-way to orbit
Bitcoin’s fiat price volatility is just as unpredictable, at least during Bitcoin’s price discovery phase.
As more people, corporations, banks, and countries adopt #Bitcoin, then volatility smooths out.

I *think* I have this correctly in my head. Please correct any mistakes I’ve made.
Bitcoin transactions are broadcast to the Bitcoin network to be verified by the network of 19k nodes running Nakamoto Consensus rule.
If a transaction passes inspection, it’s bundled together with other transactions to be Proof-of-Work mined and added to the next Block in the Bitcoin blockchain.
