@npub1ecp…59pq The rule is he doesn't have to list it if it has a balance under $1K. He'll probably just say that it didn't at each time he filled out the forms. But it's also supposed to include his wife and kids and any accounts they may have, and the total of all those accounts can't come to more than $5K without being listed.

@npub15te…wdn7 I'm in Missouri and most people think 70 is too soon. I knew a very sharp, hardworking judge who was forced to retire at 70, but went on the "circuit" after that because of the shortage of judges.

@npub1zdp…vqv8 @npub1xg6…e6jt There'd be the "mitigating factors" letter, which would usually be well written and very moving from the law offices of the well to do, and perfunctory and full of errors from public defenders' offices. One shining example of the reverse of this would be my oldest daughter's mitigating factors letters, which come from the public defender's office, but are well-researched and well-written, because my daughter writes extremely well.

I just want to remind the world that Peter Daou was the promoter of Verritt, perhaps the stupidest app ever created. Somehow his Wiki page doesn't mention this. Just something to remember as you read about his vociferous support for RFK Jr.
