@npub1cm7…32y8 We did that first for confidential VMs in Ubuntu with https://github.com/canonical/nullboot but I'm not sure that's the best idea on real hardware with (deleting and) writing an EFI variable each kernel update.
Modern hardware probably fine but like a ThinkPad X230 may just have broken UEFI graphics at some point as it forgets to garbage collect nvram...

After each event, I do (bi)daily test for #COVID for a week. While I am sick, none of the 3 or 4 tests so far, including the one today showed a COVID infection. #negative
Influenza and Rhinovirus tests I can't buy any.

@npub19la…hm4g @npub1h7p…p8c6 just saying because I may want to drop it into my ESP where I have grub running and chainload it from there.
But the point remains, there doesn't remain much contiguous space in 4GB, let alone 2GB (if your disk devices have accidentally addressing in signed integer...) with a half GB binary.
You'll hit that limit with firmware directly too eventually if you go much bigger or have particularly shitty firmware.

KeePassXC has a lot of anti-features such as
- browser integration
- acting as SSH agent
- acting as fdo secrets keyring
I'm inclined to actually go disable them all in the standard keepassxc binary package and package a full version as keepassxc-full.

I couldn't talk about this publicly before, but I reported a vulnerability in systemd-boot where it loads unsigned dtbs, if you sign systemd-boot yourself for internal uses, on arm64 or riscv64, you want to follow the advisory in
