I wonder if one of Sega's struggles is that they don't really engage in mythmaking, or struggle to get it to stick, the way that Nintendo does.
So, a quick assessment, how would you describe Sega's spirit, style, or strategy etc (other than "gambling")?

Had some sync errors in Syncthing with some of my music, and figured there was some corruption in the files or whatever.
The actual issue? Android does not permit : in folder names because phones usually come preformatted with FAT. :neopossum_woozy:

Down to 104 kg from 115 kg in 7 weeks. I lost a couple of weeks because I was using nuts to push myself out of a "very low calorie diet".
Given I gained 40 kg in just 32 weeks while on antipsychotics, I've actually been losing weight faster than I put it on at that time. Maybe 6 more months until I'm at a normal weight again and can go back to eating just complete garbage like frozen pizzas and potato hash.

@nprofile…w640 Don't know that I necessarily agree with that assessment, at least depending on where one draws the line between "evolution" and "refinement". The Cell architecture in the PS3 was at least an eccentric and novel idea (for a console); and in handhelds the DS and 3DS are completely unique. Nintendo also continued to do Nintendo things and augment the technical progression with completely new control schemes with IR and gyro detection in the Wii, and dual screens and touch in the Wii U. Sony brought in the Vita, and the PS5 has some really interesting ideas for controller hardware. Microsoft managed to bring depth cameras to consumers with the Kinect too.
Obviously not all these ideas stuck. Depth cameras were a dead end I think, and although the Vita flopped I think it did pave the way for the current boom in handheld hybrid consoles.

I've been playing every PSO game concurrently, and I think overall Blue Burst has my favourite aesthetic. Even though I started gaming in the fourth generation, the sixth generation has so much of my favourite graphical limitations and quirks. And the Dreamcast, Sega's last time travelling magic space computer.
