Having a citizens' arrest of Bibi would be fantastic and START the process. But indeed--there is the far bigger and vexing question of what happens once the genocide is stopped? One-state? Two-state? I am at a loss on that question but you're right it's vital.

There are certainly sufficient ethical and moral grounds to arrest him. He is committing genocide and working hard to keep war going to keep his fascist ass out of prison.
