@npub1m0v…du9y I’ve used Tears Companion app a lot. Can filter it to show ‘side adventures’ and it will show the location, you can then click through to the guide that shows how to start it, and then another section explains how to complete it if you did want to read that far. I just tend to use the location only or read the first couple of lines, and only read the rest of the guide if I’m struggling to find what to do.

@npub1s97…lg0g It’s what also pisses me off about losing so many trees in suburban areas like where I live - we have the space, we have good soil depth, and we have other established trees. Take advantage of it and stop people cutting them down without good reason.

@npub1s97…lg0g Yes, there was someone else at a recent talk at the new Farrell Centre in Newcastle (city forum monthly meetings, very useful) who talked about exactly that - they were aware of well-meaning planners, architects and council who just ‘slap a tree in’. As they said, a few inches of soil isn’t always enough and it isn’t a proper ecosystem. Challenges can mean another plant is better, or you should plant trees elsewhere.

@npub1p9h…n3uq Trying to identify a mystery succulent #plant in my office (and save it - it’s getting super leggy and putting out additional roots, and has grown in a weird direction due to light in a corner)
It looks a lot like the structure of a Cotyledon with round serrated leaves (an undulata?). 2nd photo shows the underside of leaves.
