I'm feeling a bit emotional that I got one of my first projects (2012) transformed into an openFrameworks repo effortlessly thanks to the help of chatgpt o1. I actually used a cleaner version from 2019 for which I had used c++ with Qt framework (the 2012 version used OCaml).
It commented my uncommented code, and explained the algorithm to myself.

I just found something I wrote 3 months ago, and think it might be ok to share:
I feel confident that the entire reality (the set of everything that exists) is not something that evolves with a time and that started to exist at a moment. It is eternal and composed of eternal objects such as our universe. Maybe a set of “possible” objects. Our universe has time to describe it, but the entire universe as a “4D object” has eternal existence.
Consciousness is felt in universes and bodies/brains that can support it. The process of consciousness living your life can’t happen only once in reality. Because if it happened once it would mean that there is a moment and a time in reality, which contradicts the fact that reality is eternal. So your life is being lived an infinite number of times in eternity.
Some clarification attempt: consciousness should not be understood as something that evolves through time in reality, but as one of the eternal objects in reality. This object could be a process.
I define consciousness as the subjective experience that makes you perceive reality in a particular universe, at a particular time, in a particular being that is able to support consciousness.

Despite all the issues with current LLMs/chatbots (like how unreliable they are or impact on humans/society in general), I think we should take a moment to appreciate that the problems of understanding what you're looking for in your prompt, or parsing perfectly/conveniently screenshots that contain text, seem completely solved.
