the only people I've ever known to drink NA beer are older adults, who have decided, for one reason or another, that they are better off not drinking any alcohol at all. But they enjoy the taste of beer, and are in a setting where others are drinking beer, or where they used to enjoy a beer (eg cookouts, etc).
I've never seen teens drink NA beer.
