The privacy betrayal was done using footage from the locked room in the hospital.
I'm wondering, "how many steps did the perpetrator take to make these videos public?" (obtain video, download, upload w/ possible modification of video file, etc...)
AND because of this, I doubt this was an isolated incidence. I bet there are dozens of such privacy breaches/videos shared by this healthcare practitioner.

(I recently replaced the battery in my son's car, only to have the car lose power and stop working a few days later. We ended up replacing the alternator. )

One guy put the climby-claw things on his boots & got close to the cat ...until it climbed higher & onto weaker branches. So they left. We called the vet for advice, which was to tie a long rope to a basket, put an open can of tuna in the basket, sling the free end of the rope over a nearby branch & the cat will climb into the basket.
We couldn't throw high enough, but the tuna smell had that cat down in <1 minute.

@npub1hvz…mle9 Yep. I slacked (stupidly) for 1 week. Didn't wear a mask 3 times (haircut, car wash, & picking up pizza) and bam, got COVID (now getting over it). This was the first time and I have been so careful up till now, wearing a mask everywhere until this.
It is everywhere. If you don't mask, you'll get it.
On a good note, my son never got it because we have air purifiers in our home. I was symptomatic before testing positive, & only started wearing a mask at home after testing.

@npub17a9…mv9a Is she in FL? There are some amazing senior cultural/activity ctrs anywhere there is dense population. Also, there is transportation for seniors as well. Florida has a lot of services geared to the elderly. If you can get a caseworker through social services, you'll find out about all the services available & share that info with her. She really needs to socialize. Once she meets other people, she'll learn about the benefits of other accommodations & might become open to more help

@npub1t2e…lf36 I used to live in the south. Atlanta was better than North Georgia by A LOT. I later moved to NYC. Nowhere I've previously lived (including TX) compares to NYC. I no longer live in NYC (too expensive to start a family) and now live in central New York in farm country within driving distance to a small-medium city. And I must say, I really miss the smart and diverse people I would see every day in NYC.

My AMEX charge was declined because they thought it was a fraudulent company. I called to ensure the charge went through. Then I started reading more about the company & how they didn't give refunds, sold broken, immobile chairs, & the chairs only had 1 motor which only accommodated short and very light people. I understand some won't honor follow requests if all they see are boost in your timeline. Please know when I was on Twitter, I was active, used QT & posted a lot. Unfortunately, I was swarmed more than once which worked to curb my engagement, especially because people in IRL identified me even though it was an anonymous account.
Since November of 2022 I started using yet another anonymous account on a server in the Fediverse. It may be awhile or never before I engage at the previous level.
