I guess the idea that small businesses are cash flow positive in nature separated out from the operator / owner and why they would always remain that way or at a level that makes this an effective play at a reasonable purchase price.
In order for you to acquire them and buy bitcoin at a reasonable rate there has to be something you're bringing that will allow you to consistently acquire the asset and end up with more bitcoin than the cost of the money you put in to buy it.
I think there are options here but at an SME level I don't think that financial engineering is likely going to be the way.

I had a couple of boys on a discord server that I’d took the bot protection off.
In the end they spent about 2 minutes just being nice to each other and asking how they were and whether they could help.
And another 15 just discussing the fact that they appeared to be in a loop which was nice.
Then they just seemed to decide to stop, which I didn’t understand because that’s kinda against their programming 👀

There have been propsals to add statechains inside Fedimints from very early on that would be a simimilar and benefits from some of the functions already available but gives you better trust assumptions on your bitcoin if the eCash note instead becomes a statechain claim.

Mainly that the market wants dollars, doesn't care how they're issued, is willing to take risk and will seek out the easiest way to make this happen.
The piece I don't think he appreciates is that this is true or everyone and Eurodollar is heavily gated to large institutions.
Fedimints+Stability pools takes this and democratises access so a small community can now run Eurodollar style system with minimal risk
It's objectively better, lower risk, better settlement guarantees etc
This is probably missing nuance as an answer :)

Basically Jeff Snider is correct but we still win.
The same drivers for establishing Eurodollar system are true, he's correct about incentives but once you have "Bitcoin Stability Providers" (BSLs...?) Bitcoin allows it to be done more, cheaper and better 😂

Gateways sir.
Broadly deployed Fedimints will popularise gateways.
People will suddenly realise how nice it is to switch seamlessly between different custodians for different features.
Then they'll remember that liquid is actually a really nice way to issue assets and that they can be custodied and used in Fedimints :)
Basically I expect that liquid, fedimint, peerswap will come together as a Taro alternative by the end of the year.
Also Taro will be good in Fedimints as well - helps with the universe problems by my read.
