I tend to agree for those use cases. I'm more talking about the support experience of reading case notes, correlating causation, knowing troubleshooting step flow (if A is down you don't need to bother with B and C), and empathy and professionalism.
Some of the best places I've worked at would order the customer a pizza because the support call took 30 minutes of their lunch time. Experiences like that stand out, and I'm not sure if AI likes pepperoni.

You could still ReplyGuy your way around using random keys and a variety of low powered devices or cloud micro services, even with a proof of work challenge. Consensus is also needed (of which machine learning could be one part of, message scoring, community reports, etc.) and would help mitigate the rest of the issue.
