I tend to agree for those use cases. I'm more talking about the support experience of reading case notes, correlating causation, knowing troubleshooting step flow (if A is down you don't need to bother with B and C), and empathy and professionalism.

Some of the best places I've worked at would order the customer a pizza because the support call took 30 minutes of their lunch time. Experiences like that stand out, and I'm not sure if AI likes pepperoni.
