The worst thing about basal temp is that you must do at exact same time every single day. Not accurate if you don’t. That means no staying in bed and sleeping in late one day. Or never be sick and forget.
So this wearable goes on your arm at bedtime and will take the temp at the assigned time. Even if you are asleep

Yesterday I attended the bridal shower for my daughter. It was a crazy day. Her fiancé dropped by to help open gifts. It was extra fun for both of his grandmothers that were in attendance.

They have been cracked and scrambled, cooked and now waiting in the freezer for the freeze dryer run

I don’t know the variety. The comfrey salve I make is comfrey infused in olive oil and add beeswax. Used for many skin issues. Eczema, insect bites/stings,burns. It is good stuff.

I have the lodge brand cast steel. They are fantastic and I love them. I gave up cast iron die to the weight and my joints cannot handle them anymore. I have had the cast steel for many many years now.

I always have issues with restaurants overcooking my steak. I like it very rare. I have heard the correct term is blue. Sounds fancy.

What is the best way to increase fat in my carnivore lifestyle?
I have needed to give myself a 30 day reset, due to ongoing issues. I am doing beef only which is mostly ground beef and ribeye. I cannot tolerate dairy so butter is out.
I can feel the need for More fat but I am unable to come up with a way to do that. I already add beef tallow to the ground beef And right now I cannot use bacon fat.

This might not look like much. But it is a beautiful thing. All the quail eggshells are put in the sun for drying and then smashed up (until they no longer look like eggshells). They will be given as a supplement to the quail.

It should not take much convincing if she could be a pioneer in her industry. Why wouldn’t she want that? Everyone here is great. And it is kinda fun being able to say you are in at the ground floor while the masterpiece builds.
Maybe reverse psychology. Tell her it is fine for her not to want progress. Tell her she probably couldn’t figure it out anyway. 😂

Today was the day to deal with the “problem”. So I finally did.
Although it is far from an actual problem.
The quail eggs were piling up.
So I got my assembly line set up and the 24 dozen quail eggs have been shelled and cooked. Ready for vacuum bags and the freezer. And those of you wondering about my math skills…each “dozen” container holds 2 or 3 dozen of quail eggs
