Have @nprofile…sq8x and @nprofile…nrxl recently confirmed they'll switch? Curious if that is a heavy lift in terms of development effort and where it sits on their prio list.
I would love to see one of these mainstream apps tackle the UX around outbox in a clever way. I love Amethyst, but I had to read @nprofile…aswu ' blog post ( https://vitor.npub.pro/post/relay-setup/ ) before I knew what the f was going on.
Also, there are so many choices for each relay type, and Id worry about centralization if one of the popular apps set defaults that everyone ended up using.

Is running a Lightning node for private use (aka not being a routing node) still a pain in the ass?
Does it still require constant fooling around and channel management?
Does it still require that you have to have millions of sats worth of channels just so you can send small Lightning payments without routing errors?

Definitely valid points. I've complained many times about the people who just post and bail , even when there are thoughtful responses...
That said, it would all be based on the type of npub. Like, I follow some npubs that are like apps, podcasts, or other content like news etc. In those cases, I wouldn't want to discriminate against ratios because I don't expect interaction back.
I guess it becomes a UX problem at that point, and would depend how the client categorises different types of npubs/shows the appropriate metrics so people can determine quality follows based on the content type.

Out of CrossFit and Hyrox?
Hyrox, I find it more suitable to me.
I love CrossFit too, it forces you to learn skills you'd probably never try. It gets you strong, fast. The group classes were key to my ongoing success. It gives you community. I will always continue using CrossFit in my weekly training.
But, to race - Hyrox. The movements are consistent, there's no barbell or skills that can hold you back. Its perfect for someone coming in to sport later in life. You can age in endurance much easier than power lifting and gymnastic movements.

Second great day in a row.
Completed HYROX DC solo in 1hr 26mins 28secs, beating my last attempt by two minutes.
40 years old. ZERO sports background until I started doing CrossFit at 37. All I can say is - if you're pondering on turning around your physical health STOP THINKING ABOUT IT AND GET IT DONE - YOU CAN DO IT!

Today was a beauty.
I saw a Da Vinci, Monet, Van Gogh. I went to the National Museum of Natural History. I took a photo in front of the J. Edgar Hoover Building (looking for Mulder, couldn't find him).
Then I went for a 9.5km jog around the the National Mall (#running). Saw some beautiful Cherry Blossoms , the Capitol Building, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, then up to Pennsylvania Ave for a jog past the White House.
