I 'm now using #Krita to color my comic and it's saving me some time. Creating flats (selecting shapes and adding an arbitrary color) is time consuming and not very creative. I always reply to these types of posts on FB but there's never a reaction to it. People can't think for themselves and have already gotten the NPC "download" about Bitcoin, therefore they choose to ignore it ... at their own peril

I'd make sure they are drawing things that they are passionate about so they keep their enthousiasme. I'd have a look at the spots that most need improvement (proportions, structure, rendering different textures, composition, anatomy) and give them tips that would enable them to make progress.
