Don’t be tricked by people who say you need to hit the gym and take supplements to be strong.
Just do what your ancestors did.
The Walker workout routine is very simple:
- spend time outside
- use hand tools
- walk barefoot
- do push-ups
- do pull-ups and dead hangs
- do dips
- sit on an exercise ball instead of a desk chair
- throw in some forearm twists and ab rolls
I haven’t had a gym membership in over a decade.
Body weight exercises and using tools are all you need.
It’s all our ancestors had.
I’d rather have practical muscles than “show muscles” any day.
