Considering how stupid the stun lock can be in the campaign, I'm not surprised to hear that. Outside of maybe playing vs with friends who are interested, I'm not planning to use PvP, but that's me. Would be cool if there was a multiplayer campaign, but maybe we'll get something like that in the next one.
