I have a question for anybody celebrating as "Women in STEM" the six pieces of human ballast that went on a flight almost to space while contributing nothing but ear-splitting squealing (and cringe-worthy conflation of STEM and astrology) to the "mission" (such as it is).
Where's the fandom for Valentina Tereshkova? Or Sally Ride? Roberta Bondar? Chiaki Mukai? Claudie Haignerรฉ? Liu Yang?
You know. Actual women doing actual STEM in space. Not glitzy wealthy ballast.
