Yep, sending bitcoin from StashPay is a swap-out:
Liquid -> Onchain
Liquid -> Lightning
Depending on which QR code the user scans. If the user scans a lightning invoice from another StashPay or Aqua user, the wallet will do a direct liquid payment to save fees:
Liquid -> Liquid
Liquid low ball fees are currently around 26 sats, so peer-to-peer payments are quite cheep.
